We work with the National Christian Foundation Northwest to transact any stock gifts. The fund name and number is The Cedar Park Assembly of God Single Charity Fund #3730738. 

Emailing the the following information to our account manager will expedite the process. Send the Stock and Mutual Fund form at the button below (signature not required) or simply let them know the following:

  1. The Name/Ticker symbol of the asset(s).
  2. The number of shares. (Note, we do not need the value as prices fluctuate)
  3. The sending brokerage firm (Fidelity, Schwab, TD Ameritrade, etc.) and which one of the 4 brokerage accounts the shares are being sent to (Fidelity, Schwab, ML, TD Ameritrade).
  4. The date the shares left the brokerage account.
